‘Train with me’ offers an affordable and effective way to gain results in the gym while preventing injury. This is suitable for all experience levels, giving you access to a video tutorial library with over 100 exercises demonstrations and education videos! Select either male or female to receive a strength & hypertrophy hybrid program that has been carefully designed and written by Paul, a qualified physiotherapist and movement specialist. Each program adjusts every 4 weeks to keep your goals tracking in the right direction! Signing up to this subscription gives you access to a closed facebook community where you can share your progress videos and receive feedback!

Due to the nature of online coaching & given there will be limited spots available to work with Paul, prior to signing up you will submit an application in which Paul will assess whether you will be an appropriate candidate to get the desired results through an online portal.
